No Fixed Plans, Inc.

Life is better
with No Fixed Plans.

A simple spot for one-persons interests, risks and bets, with no fixed plans on what's next.

The thesis

One operator. Many bets.
No single lane.

No Fixed Plans is the holding company for one person’s curiosity — the software I build, the companies I acquire (three to date), the bets I take when something looks interesting. Software is the biggest lane right now, not the only one. The through-line was never an industry. It’s the operator, and a refusal to pick just one thing.

01

Uncategorizable on purpose

The suit, the artist, and the engineer used to be three people who didn’t trust each other. Now they’re one. The seams between them are where the speed lives.

02

A portfolio, not a single bet

Software I build, companies I buy — three acquired so far — and investments I back. Each bet funds the freedom to make the next one, and they compound when you’re not forced into a lane.

03

Stay curious

Strong opinions, loosely held, shipped weekly. The plan is to keep moving — take the punch, adjust, ship again. Rigidity is the only thing that actually kills you.

The portfolio

What I’m building and backing right now.

The thinking

Building in public means thinking in public.

This site exists because the plans get made and unmade out loud. The blog is the working notebook — on flying solo, on the roles converging, on staying impossible to categorize, and on what the new tools actually change.
